Key Responsibilities The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Conducting product and solution demonstrations to prospective clients. Engaging with qualified leads and guiding them through the sales process. Following up on enquiries and maintaining regular communication with prospects. Identifying and researching new business opportunities. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the company CRM system. Assisting with lead generation and business development initiatives. Collaborating with colleagues to refine sales messaging and improve conversion outcomes. Building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective and existing clients. Minimum Requirements Fluency in both English and Afrikaans, with strong verbal and written communication skills. A minimum of three years’ experience in a sales, client-facing, customer service, or financial services environment. Alternatively: A recently completed relevant tertiary qualification, coupled with a demonstrated interest in sales, technology, or business development. The following will be advantageous: Experience within technology, financial services, or a professional services environment. Previous exposure to software demonstrations or solution-based selling. Experience working with CRM systems. Competencies and Personal Attributes The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Confidence when engaging with clients and conducting presentations. High levels of self-motivation and personal accountability. A proactive and results-oriented approach.
