Paarl: Werkwinkel Voorman – Qualipak is een gevestigde vervaardigings- en meganiese ingenieursfirma geleë in Paarl, wat spesialiseer in die ontwerp, vervaardiging en installasie van toerusting vir die voedsel en wynbedryf. Ons is op soek na ‘n praktiese en betroubare Werkswinkel Voorman om ons produksiespan te lei.
Key Responsibilities
- Beplan, organiseer en hou toesig oor daaglikse werkswinkelbedrywighede
- Lei en bestuur ’n span ambagsmanne en operateurs
- Verseker dat kwaliteit- en veiligheidstandaarde konsekwent nagekom word
- Werk nou saam met die produksiebestuurder oor skedulering en kapasiteitsbeplanning
- Identifiseer en los probleme op die werkvloer vinnig en effektief
- Bestuur materiaalvloei en skakel met verskaffers rakende bestellings
- Verseker dat werk betyds en volgens spesifikasies gelewer word
- Dryf spanmotivering en verseker samewerking tussen spanlede
- Handhaaf dissipline in lyn met maatskappybeleid en prosedures
Requirements
- Bewese ondervinding in ‘n werkswinkel- of vervaardigingsomgewing
- Vorige toesighoudende of voormanervaring sal voordelig wees
- Tegniese agtergrond (meganiese of verwante vakgebied)
- Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede en die vermoë om ’n span te bestuur
- Basiese rekenaarvaardigheid
- Geldige bestuurderslisensie
