About the Role
The New Business Outbound Consultant will be responsible for investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving all queries related to Account Origination journey for New Bank clients, including Bin migration clients. This role requires a solutions-oriented individual with an optimistic can-do attitude, engaging communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot why clients are stuck in the Account Origination journey
- Provide feedback and insights on Account Origination journey blockers
- Provide exceptional client on-boarding experience – personalized, warm and effective through our multiple channels (e.g. calls, web, chat, video, etc.)
- Support the new accounts application process and ensure accuracy/completeness of activations, when required
- Educate clients about their accounts/products
- Identify up-sell opportunities (understand the client’s needs/provide solutions) if required
- Act in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) principles
- Achieve specified production targets and turn-around-times
