Our client is a well-established automotive manufacturing business supplying high-quality components to OEM and Tier 1 customers. Lead and manage the engineering function, overseeing process optimisation, project delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive lean manufacturing practices, support new product introductions, and ensure compliance with automotive quality standards. Manage budgets, lead cross-functional teams, and provide technical expertise in automation, tooling, and process control, while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ Engineering Management experience in automotive manufacturing
• Strong project management and process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) expertise
• Knowledge of automotive quality systems (IATF 16949, ISO 14001)
• Proven leadership, analytical, and cross-functional stakeholder management skill
