About the Role

We are partnering with a leading luxury safari operation in Tanzania to recruit a passionate and experienced Guest Experience Curator for our iconic luxury safari destination. The ideal candidate will be a hospitality professional with a genuine interest in wellness and events, who can curate transformative guest experiences that align with our Brand and Standards of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-curating, managing, and caring for the entire guest environment to ensure seamless, intuitive, deeply personal, and aligned experiences.
  • Collaborating with lodge managers, guides, housekeepers, and chefs to oversee the overall guest experience from pre-arrival planning through to post-stay feedback.
  • Incorporating wellness into the guest journey in a seamless way.
  • Curating bespoke experiences for special occasions.
  • Ensuring food and beverage offerings are personalised and exceptional.
  • Reporting to the General Manager and Guest Experience Lead, with ability to stand in as a FOH Manager when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a five-star luxury safari lodge.
  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Genuine interest in wellness and events, with passion for curating transformative guest experiences.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

  • Yoga or Meditation certification (advantageous).
