About the Role
O’Brien Recruitment is seeking reliable and well-presented candidates to assist with temporary reception and front-of-house support across the Northern and Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. Key Responsibilities
- Managing the reception area and welcoming clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming calls efficiently
- Assisting with general front-desk administration and coordination
- Handling customer queries and providing accurate information
- Ensuring a positive first impression and excellent service delivery at all times
- Supporting internal teams with ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
Exposure to reception or front-desk duties highly advantageous
Matric (Grade 12) essential
Well-presented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literate (Microsoft Office / Outlook)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to different environments
Available to work on a temporary basis at short notice
