SAP experience is ESSENTIAL
Coupa experience is advantageous
3 – 5 years’ experience in Purchasing / Procurement within a manufacturing environment
Strong Accounts Payable / Creditors experience
Proven supplier management and negotiation skills
Advanced Excel and reporting capability
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
? Key Responsibilities
? Manage purchase orders, supplier relationships and procurement activities
? Forecast purchasing requirements based on production schedules and stock levels
? Analyse supplier costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
? Manage pricing, PPVs and supplier quotations
? Prepare weekly spend reports and monthly supplier cost analyses
? Coordinate deliveries and arrange transport where required
? Develop supplier relationships and evaluate alternative supplier options
? Manage subcontracting processes and negotiate pricing
? Maintain accurate pricing and purchasing information on SAP
? Manage SAP reporting for stock items and Coupa reporting for non-stock items
? Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding Accounts Payable queries
? Work closely with Production and Planning teams to ensure continuity of supply
? What’s Needed to Succeed?
Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain principles
Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Commercial awareness and a cost-conscious mindset
Confidence working across Procurement, Finance and Operations teams
? Manufacturing Industry Experience Preferred
