Introduction
A Business Broker, based in Lynnwood, Pretoria East is looking for a Deal Flow & Operations Assistant. The role is focused on supporting a business brokerage with lead generation, deal flow management, and administrative support.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Researching and identifying potential businesses to approach for sale mandates
- Building and maintaining a structured lead database
- Conducting follow-ups via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Managing a pipeline of buyers, sellers, and active deals
- Preparing and sending NDAs, information packs, and teasers
- Assisting with data room management (Google Drive)
- Responding to buyer enquiries and pre-screening prospects
- Scheduling meetings and tracking outstanding information
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum & Ideal Qualifications:
- Minimum: Matric
- Ideal: Diploma or relevant qualification in business, marketing, or administration
Minimum & Ideal Previous Experience:
- Minimum: 12 years experience in an admin or support role
- Ideal: Experience in recruitment, property, sales support, or a client-facing admin role, with exposure to spreadsheets or CRM systems
Package & Remuneration
Salary Range:
- R8,000 R10,000 per month (depending on experience), with potential for growth based on performance

- This is not a basic admin role it requires strong organisation, consistent follow-ups, and the ability to communicate professionally with business owners. The role is execution-focused and suited to someone proactive, structured, and able to work independently. There is strong growth potential as the business expands. The successful candidate will be trained and developed within the business, with the opportunity to grow into a more senior role over time.
