We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Electronic Engineer who is also a capable Full-Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic and growing team. ? Role Overview

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge electronic systems while also contributing to full-stack software projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project lifecycles, and engage with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance.

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead electronic hardware design, prototyping, testing, and validation.
• Design embedded systems, including firmware development and integration.
• Develop, maintain, and deploy full-stack applications (frontend & backend).
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure project satisfaction.
• Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware/software issues.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and technical specifications.

? Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background in electronic engineering and embedded systems.
• Proficiency in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad, Eagle).
• Experience programming microcontrollers (e.g., ARM, ESP32, AVR).
• Solid full-stack development experience (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, Django, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Skilled in working with clients, gathering requirements, and managing expectations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
• Prior leadership or project management experience preferred.
