About the Role
The Sales Coordinator & Executive Support plays a critical role as the operational backbone of the sales function, providing high-level coordination, reporting, and administrative support to the National Head of Sales. This role ensures disciplined processes, accurate reporting, and consistent follow through across all sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Head of Sales
- Manage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and follow-ups
- Coordinate sales workshops and events, including venues, logistics, and costings
- Assist with client quotations, costing packs, SLA preparation, proposals, and supporting documentation – ensuring costing templates are kept up to date
- Manage email correspondence and follow-ups as required
- Source and coordinate meetings with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Manage and maintain promotional materials for sales activities and events
Requirements
- Minimum Matric; relevant Diploma or Degree advantageous
- 4–5 years’ experience in administrative support, coordination, or operations (sales support/coordination advantageous but not essential)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office essential (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with reporting, tenders, and proposal coordination is essential
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot advantageous but not required)
- Experience supporting senior management will be advantageous
- Valid driver’s licence advantageous
