Key Responsibilities Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok). Monitor engagement, analyze metrics, and adjust strategy for growth. Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social ad campaigns to maximize ROI and reach target audiences. Marketing: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals, including email marketing, lead magnets, and funnel strategies. Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to prospects via phone to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and set appointments. Strong Personality Required: Challenge ideas constructively, handle rejection without losing momentum, and push initiatives forward independently. Requirements Proven social media skills (content creation, scheduling, analytics, community management) Hands-on experience with advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar) Background in marketing (campaign strategy, funnel management, CRM basics) Cold calling experience (minimum 1 year, with measurable results) A strong personality assertive, confident, and comfortable with direct comm.
