About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Mercedes Benz (Constantia Kloof) in Roodepoort, South Africa. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling high-quality used vehicles to customers and building long-term relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct thorough vehicle walkarounds and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our used vehicles
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team
Requirements
- Matric Certificate or equivalent
- Proven track record of success in automotive sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
