About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced butler to join our luxury team at Wild Dreams Hospitality in the Eastern Cape. As part of our new luxury opening, you will play a key role in setting and maintaining the highest service standards from the outset, delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised and attentive service to guests at all times
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless experience
- Deliver silver service in line with luxury hospitality standards
- Maintain high standards of presentation and service
- Assist with food and beverage service where required
- Prepare guest areas and ensure readiness for all service periods
- Work closely with the hospitality team to deliver a consistent guest experience
Requirements
- Formal butler training (SABA or silver service essential)
- Previous experience in a luxury lodge, hotel, or high-end hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented, professional, and highly discreet
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised service
