Were looking for a Senior Content Specilaist to join the Marketing team and create thoughtful, high-quality content that supports business objectives, strengthens brand positioning and engages the right audiences across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with a thoughtful approach to communication, content structure and messaging. They should also be comfortable using AI tools to support research, ideation, workflow optimisation and content development as part of a modern content practice. What You’ll Need to Succeed Exceptional writing and editing ability across long- and short-form content Strong understanding of audience, messaging and narrative structure Ability to distil complex information into clear, engaging communication Commercial awareness and an understanding of contents role within broader business objectives A naturally curious and thoughtful approach to content development Strong judgement and attention to detail Confidence working with cross-functional stakeholders Comfort using AI tools as part of day-to-day content workflows What Youll Do Write, edit and refine high-quality content across a range of formats and platforms Develop content that aligns with campaign objectives, audience needs and brand positioning Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape clear, effective messaging and content direction Translate complex or technical subject matter into accessible and engaging content Develop content from a range of source materials including interviews, reports, webinars, podcasts and subject matter experts Repurpose existing content into channel-specific formats and campaigns Ensure consistency of tone, style and editorial quality across all outputs Use SEO/AEO and digital content best practices where relevant Contribute to content ideation and narrative development Use AI tools to support research, ideation, editing and workflow optimisation What Youll Bring: Qualifications Bachelors degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field Experience 5 years experience in content writing, editorial, journalism, marketing or a related field Proven experience producing high-quality content across multiple formats Strong editing and proofreading skills Excellent written communication and storytelling ability Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities Ability to think strategically about messaging, audience and communication objectives Demonstrated experience repurposing content across channels and formats Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows and tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar platforms Strong organisational and time management skills
