Job Description

We are seeking a professional, organised, and customer-focused Reservations / Bookings & Client Liaison Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bookings and reservations, maintaining excellent client relationships, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. The ideal candidate must have strong administrative abilities, excellent communication skills this position requires a canidate that has experience in sales, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional client service. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 / Matric Relevant administrative, customer service, or coordination qualification will be advantageous Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales, reservations, bookings, administration, and or client liaison roles Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational and time-management abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Professional and well-presented Afrikaans and English speaking (advantageous) Valid driver’s licence Key Responsibilities Manage all bookings, reservations, and scheduling arrangements Communicate professionally with clients regarding bookings, confirmations, and queries Coordinate appointments, meetings, and client requirements Maintain accurate booking and client records Follow up with clients regarding confirmations, changes, and feedback Ensure all reservation details are captured accurately and timeously Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery Handle client complaints and queries professionally and efficiently Assist with administrative duties and general office coordination Prepare reports, schedules, and booking summaries when required Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times Duties that include Sales and Sales administration Key Competencies and Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Customer-service orientated Strong coordination and multitasking abilities Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Ability to work independently and within a team Professional telephone etiquette Reliable, organised, and proactive Advantageous
