Job Description

The Technical Project Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring that projects across technology and operations are well planned, coordinated, transparently reported, and successfully delivered. The role operates within an iterative, outcome-focused delivery environment and supports teams working in structured, prioritised workflows. The incumbent will actively track delivery progress, remove impediments, protect delivery teams from disruption, and help create an environment that enables predictable, high-quality outcomes. The role requires close coordination with stakeholders across multiple regions and functions to support the planning, execution, testing, and release of project deliverables into production environments. Knowledge, attributes skills (required) Core Skills Strong project administration and coordination capability Excellent organisational and planning skills Strong analytical ability with attention to detail Ability to process, structure, and present information clearly Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience Experience should demonstrate a consistent history of achievement and delivery. The following experience would be beneficial: Prior experience in financial services, portfolio management or fintech products could be advantageous Exposure to software development, systems delivery, or testing processes Experience supporting delivery teams using structured workflows Business analysis or operational coordination experience Experience in a services-based or regulated environment Education qualifications Minimum requirement: A relevant degree or diploma Fields of study that would be advantageous include: Project Administration or Management Business, Informatics, or Computer Science Engineering, Operations, or related disciplines Responsibilities  Act as Project Administrator across multiple concurrent initiatives (typically 1–5). Track, maintain, and communicate delivery progress, milestones, and risks to stakeholders. Support teams in planning, prioritisation, and sequencing of work. Maintain visibility of work in progress using structured workflow tools and boards. Ensure delivery processes promote collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Identify and escalate impediments to delivery, assisting teams in resolving blockers efficiently. Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and operational teams. Coordinate release and implementation activities across environments and regions. Support testing, validation, and readiness activities for project deliverables. Maintain delivery metrics and reporting dashboards to support decision-making. Assist stakeholders in understanding delivery status, dependencies, and outstanding work. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of delivery processes, tools, and ways of working.
