About the Role

Merand Corbett & Associates is seeking a skilled Creditors/Debtors Clerk to join our team in Somerset West. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for managing and processing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our debt collection and creditor management functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage financial transactions related to creditors and debtors
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Utilize Excel skills to analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions
  • Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of work
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Matric (with a Bookkeeping background and/or certificate)
  • Strong experience in both debtors and creditors functions
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
  • Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
