About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead business analysis across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring seamless integration of business requirements with system solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, and experience working in Software Application Development environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis across multiple concurrent projects.
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
- Produce high-quality documentation including Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specification, User Stories and Process Maps.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement sessions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
- Support SDLC phases including design, development, testing and UAT.
- Support the UAT process by providing guidance and clarifying requirements ambiguities.
- Maintain requirements traceability.
- Conduct gap analysis and process improvement activities.
Requirements
Relevant Degree / Diploma in IT, Business Analysis, Information Systems or related field; or recognised Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA or equivalent). Minimum 10 years’ relevant Business Analysis experience within Software Application Development environments. Proven experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
