About the Role
As an E-Commerce Manager at Employment Solutions, you will be part of our sales and marketing team with direct reporting line to the management. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the e-commerce strategy across all major sales channels, working closely with the Managing Director and Sales Leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy across all major sales channels
- Operational implementation of the e-commerce strategy with hands-on approach to strategic and operational management of online sales
- Sourcing new e-commerce customers and developing existing e-commerce customer base
- Setting up and maintaining retail partnerships
- Budget achievement driven
- Sales role for Amazon, Takealot, and other pure online and hybrid online customers, targeting specific revenue growth
Requirements
- E-Commerce professional with a strong passion for the industry
- At least 3 years of detailed experience in selling consumer goods in e-commerce, preferably in the garden and home improvement industry
- Record of accomplishment of doubling annual sales
- Experience in setting up E-Com PPC Strategy
- Strong leadership and motivation skills to effectively lead and motivate colleagues
