About the Role
A well-established private game reserve in Northern Limpopo is seeking a Management Couple to oversee both hospitality and agricultural operations. This dual role combines leadership in lodge, restaurant, and retail management with hands-on farm and factory oversight, offering a unique opportunity for dynamic professionals to contribute across diverse functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lodges, restaurant, and shop operations
- Oversee guest services, staff supervision, and daily logistics
- Ensure high standards of hospitality, service, and presentation
- Handle stock control, reporting, and administrative duties
- Drive revenue growth through guest experience and retail management
- Manage farm operations and agricultural production
- Oversee factory processes to a certain extent
- Supervise farm staff and ensure productivity standards
- Implement sustainable farming practices and operational efficiency
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Proven hospitality management experience (lodges, restaurants, or retail)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Guest-centric approach with attention to detail
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality or business preferred
Qualifications
- Solid background in farm management (crop, livestock, or mixed farming)
- Experience with factory or processing operations advantageous
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Relevant agricultural qualifications preferred
Salary & Benefits
R15,000 R25,000 gross each, depending on experience and qualifications
