About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and driven Fundraising & Partnerships Specialist for a respected luxury travel company based in Sandton. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic fundraising professional with a proven track record of securing significant donor funding and building long-term partnerships within the health, education and community development sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and cultivate new donor and funding opportunities
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with private, corporate and institutional donors
• Build and manage a sustainable fundraising pipeline
• Develop compelling funding proposals and partnership presentations
• Drive fundraising strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Honours Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in fundraising, grant writing or proposal development
• Proven success in securing substantial donor funding
• Strong network within South Africa’s health, education and development sectors
• Experience managing multiple donor relationships simultaneously
• Strong understanding of donor compliance requirements and reporting standards
