Nurture Health is seeking a dependable and service-oriented General Worker to join our rehabilitation hospital team. Reporting to the Nursing Manager, you will help maintain a safe, functional, and supportive environment that enables excellent patient care and rehabilitation outcomes. This role combines general maintenance support, operational assistance, and collaboration with the wider hospital team. Key Responsibilities Execute general maintenance and support duties in accordance with Nurture policies, processes, and systems while maintaining a safe hospital environment. Provide driving and operational support as required, report on daily activities and outcomes, and represent the hospital professionally when needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders, share relevant information, and actively participate in learning and development activities. Requirements Proven experience in a healthcare environment as a general worker, porter, cleaner, security guard, or similar role, with a valid professional driving permit. Practical problem-solving ability, strong accountability, teamwork orientation, and the ability to plan and execute daily activities independently.
