? Hospitality General Manager | Luxury Safari Company | Botswana ? Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and highly capable Hospitality General Manager for a luxury safari company based in Botswana. This is a senior, multi-site leadership role responsible for driving consistent, high-quality guest experiences across multiple camps while ensuring operational excellence, commercial efficiency, and strong systems integration. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and adaptable operator who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a complex, multi-location environment. ? Package Salary negotiable depending on experience Live-in position Opportunity to work within a leading luxury safari group Exposure to multi-site, high-end operational environments ? Key Responsibilities Lead and elevate guest experience standards across all camps Ensure consistent delivery of luxury hospitality brand standards Oversee and support multi-site operational performance and coordination Drive alignment of procurement, supply chain and hospitality operations Balance cost control, quality and operational efficiency across all locations Develop and implement scalable operational systems and processes Improve consistency and efficiency through structured operational frameworks Identify training needs and implement staff development programmes Build local capability in line with regional operational requirements Influence cross-functional teams across operations, supply chain and commercial departments Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment across all functions Requirements Degree in Hospitality Management, Business or Tourism (or equivalent) Minimum 10+ years experience in luxury hospitality At least 5+ years experience in senior or multi-site leadership roles Strong background in luxury safari or lodge operations Experience in supply chain, procurement or commercial operations advantageous Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and complex environments Strong systems thinking and process implementation experience Excellent leadership and people management skills Strong attention to detail and guest experience excellence Ability to work effectively in an adaptive and fast-paced environment Ideal Candidate Strong luxury hospitality background with hands-on operational experience Experienced in managing multiple properties or camps Commercially aware with strong operational insight Able to implement structure, systems and consistency across teams Strong communicator with the ability to influence without direct authority Passionate about delivering world-class guest experiences Please note that due to the high volume of applications received, only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be contacted.
