About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Invoicing Clerk to join our team in the Tugela / Mandini or Stanger area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily invoicing operations, including generating tracking labels and reconciling balances.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing of all daily loads dispatched from the factory
- Auto-Manufacture of stock on Sage
- Generating of transporter trip sheets
- Capturing of daily foam use and scrap for all departments
- Generate tracking labels for our courier orders
- Perform warehouse transfers
- Updating of POD Control spreadsheet on a daily basis
- Reconciling of all invoicing from previous days loads
- Reconcile of delivered vs ordered balances daily
- Sending of picking slips and trip sheets to accounts daily
- Manage gate passes for materials removed from site
- Assisting warehouse controllers with Sage manufacturing issues
- Compiling and sending of COC’s
- Completing of SAD500’s (cross-border forms)
- Assist with Stock Take audits and capturing
Requirements
- Matric
- Preferential relevant certification in accounting/invoicing
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in invoicing and accounting
- Knowledge of PASTEL
- Willing to work late hours
- Own transport required
- Ability to live around the Tugela / Mandini or Stanger area
