About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lodge Manager to lead an exceptional guest experience in some of the most breathtaking landscapes in Tanzania. As a seasoned professional with a deep passion for the bush, you will oversee the daily operations of a remote property, managing a team of approximately 40 to 45 staff members.

Requirements
- Bush Experience: A proven track record of working in remote bush environments is essential
- Operational Leadership: Experience managing teams of 40+ staff in a hospitality setting
- Health & Fitness: Due to the remote nature of the locations, candidates must be in good health with no serious medical conditions
- Additional Skills: A background or knowledge in field guiding is highly advantageous
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: USD 3000 to USD 3500 per month (Net of taxes)
- Savings Scheme: A 10% employee contribution toward the NSSF is required, which is fully matched by a 10% employer contribution
- Travel: One annual economy-class flight ticket to your place of recruitment
- Medical: Comprehensive health insurance and access to basic medical care
Work Cycle & Leave
- Work Cycle: 6 weeks on-site followed by 2 weeks off
- Annual Leave: 28 days of paid annual leave
