Job Description

We are seeking an experienced OD Facilitator to design and deliver impactful organisational development interventions that support leadership growth, culture transformation, and business effectiveness. The successful candidate will facilitate workshops, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive leadership development initiatives that enable meaningful organisational change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and facilitate organisational development (OD) interventions for leadership and management teams.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
  • Facilitate workshops, leadership programmes, and culture transformation initiatives.
  • Manage multiple OD interventions while ensuring alignment to business outcomes.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback on organisational themes emerging from facilitated sessions.
  • Support leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure interventions are delivered effectively and aligned with organisational goals.
  • Contribute to process improvements, organisational culture, and employee wellness initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Psychology, Organisational Development, or related field.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Psychology (Industrial or Clinical Psychology preferred).
  • 510 years experience in Organisational Development, Coaching, Facilitation, or Management Consulting.
  • Strong experience facilitating workshops and engaging with senior leadership teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
