About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre Sales Engineer to join our team in Seoul, South Korea. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing medium- and long-term sales strategies to support sustainable business growth in the South Korean market. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop medium- and long-term sales strategies for assigned country or region
  • Conduct customer development activities, identify business opportunities, and clearly communicate the value of our products and solutions
  • Develop and execute business development plans for key accounts
  • Regular customer visits
  • Organization of product, technical, and business training sessions
  • Alignment of business plans, execution progress, and long-term objectives
  • Building and maintaining long-term, win-win partnerships
  • Act as primary owner for customer accounts, coordinating internal and external resources to resolve operational issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Collect, manage, and analyze sales data through CRM or sales tools, conduct regular performance reviews, identify execution gaps, and adjust sales strategies to achieve performance targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, Automation, Marketing, or related fields
  • At least three years of experience in key account sales within industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing, or logistics industries, or integrated project sales or technical roles with commercial exposure
