Role Overview

An exciting opportunity is available for a detail-oriented and analytical Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join a dynamic Risk, Audit & Compliance environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and analysing regulatory reports, identifying risks or discrepancies, and providing feedback and recommendations to relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyse regulatory reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Identify reporting discrepancies, risks, and non-compliance issues.
  • Provide timely feedback and guidance to stakeholders on regulatory reporting matters.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory frameworks, policies, and governance standards.
  • Prepare findings, reports, and recommendations for internal stakeholders and management.
  • Support audit and compliance activities by providing relevant reporting documentation and information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting deadlines are achieved.
  • Assist in improving reporting processes, controls, and efficiencies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to reporting activities.
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and compliance requirements relevant to the role.

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Compliance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in regulatory reporting, compliance, risk management, audit, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good understanding of regulatory and compliance principles.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
