About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our boutique luxury property portfolio, responsible for shaping and executing our full digital and brand storytelling presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will drive engagement, brand growth, and direct bookings through social media, content, SEO, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Creative Direction: Maintain and evolve a cohesive luxury brand identity across all platforms (web, social, email, photography, video, and guest comms)
- Define and uphold a calm, modern, design-led visual aesthetic
- Develop and maintain a clear brand playbook for consistency
- Collaborate with operations to ensure guest experience moments are captured and aligned to brand storytelling
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social, digital, or brand marketing
- Luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or premium brand experience preferred
- Strong content creation, storytelling, and editorial skills
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns
- Confident with analytics and performance-driven decision making
- Knowledge of paid social and digital marketing fundamentals
