A luxurious 5-star hotel and spa in Simonstown is seeking a professional, passionate, and well-presented Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold our high standards of service and care. Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and body therapies. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within all treatment and guest areas. Provide personalized service and product recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction. Manage treatment schedules efficiently and ensure punctuality. Promote spa services and retail products to achieve sales targets. Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed. Support the Spa Manager with daily operations and guest requests. Minimum Requirements: Recognised Beauty Therapy / Spa qualification (e.g., ITEC, CIDESCO, SAAHSP or equivalent). Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury spa or 5-star hotel environment. Excellent knowledge of massage, skincare, and body therapy techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, well-groomed appearance with a passion for wellness and hospitality. Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
