About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Facilitations Manager to lead and manage a variety of youth camp programmes in Bela Bela, Limpopo. The ideal candidate will thrive in an outdoor environment and be dedicated to youth development and experiential learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage various camp programmes, including: Sport Camps Leadership Development Camps Fun & Adventure Camps Environmental Education Camps
  • Oversee daily camp operations and programme delivery
  • Facilitate engaging and structured activities for youth groups
  • Ensure a safe, educational, and enjoyable camp environment
  • Manage and guide facilitators and support staff

Requirements

  • Diploma in one of the following fields: Sport Management Outdoor Recreation Education Environmental Education or related field
  • Minimum 35 years experience in:
  • Camp facilitation
  • Outdoor education
  • Sport programmes
  • Youth development programmes
