Job Overview:

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Administrator professional to join our team.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end export administration process, ensuring all shipments are executed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements. You will play a critical role in coordinating logistics, managing documentation, managing communication and supporting operational excellence across export and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Export Administration & Invoicing

  • Capture and process export orders accurately.
  • Prepare Exports Documentation.
  • Maintain complete export shipment files.
  • Reconcile shipments and financial records.

Export & Logistics Coordination

  • Plan and manage shipment logistics.
  • Liaise with cold stores and freight forwarders.
  • Ensure product readiness, loading instructions, and timelines.
  • Track shipments and keep stakeholders informed.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to related regulations
  • Maintain accurate and audit-ready export records
  • Prevent delays or rejections through proactive compliance management

Reporting & Process Management

  • Compile weekly shipment reports
  • Maintain documentation archives
  • Identify and improve export processes

Minimum Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or related field an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in export administration or similar role.
  • Experience in the fishing or marine industry advantageous.
  • Valid drivers license and passport.
  • Spanish / Portugues language skills advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
