About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Management Couple to join our team in Swellendam. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our 5-star property, providing exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of hospitality and service delivery
• Oversee daily operations, including guiding and hosting activities
• Manage maintenance and vehicle maintenance services
• Administer HR processes and ensure compliance with company policies
• Provide administrative support to the management team
• Develop and implement creative solutions to drive business growth

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in 5-star properties
• Valid drivers licence (essential)
• Strong team management and time management skills
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinking with ability to think on feet
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Outgoing personalities with strong guest engagement and hosting skills

Qualifications

• FGASA Level 1 Marine (or Level 1 with Marine to be completed within 6 months of employment)
• All guiding qualifications up to date and valid
• First Aid Level 1
• Basic HR knowledge

Salary & Benefits

Market-related salary, accommodation, food allowance (company-funded), 21 days annual leave, uniform provided, and access to a company-provided provident fund after 3 months.
