Hire Resolve’s Client a leading FMCG Company is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Legal Counsel to join their team in Durban. As a Commercial Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in providing legal advice and support on a wide range of commercial matters.
Your responsibilities will include negotiating and drafting contracts, conducting legal due diligence, and providing guidance on legal risks and compliance. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal agreements are aligned with business objectives and mitigate potential legal risks.
We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. If you are a proactive and results-oriented legal professional with a passion for commercial law, we would love to hear from you!
Requirements:
- At least 7 – 10 years years of experience as a Commercial Lawyer or similar role
- LLB degree or B.Proc
- Admitted attorney
- Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial transactions
- Experience in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
