Outbound Calling Agent UK Tech Sales (Remote)We’re looking for an experienced outbound calling agent to sell technology solutions to UK small and mid-sized businesses. This is a phone-first role with high call volumes, structured methodology, and clear targets.What you’ll do:Make outbound calls to a curated UK prospect list using a Sandler-style scriptQualify decision makers, handle objections, and book discovery callsLog every interaction in the CRM pain points, providers, renewal dates, follow-upsMaintain compliance with PECR, CTPS, and GDPR requirementsUse AI tools to research prospects and improve daily outputWhat you need:3+ years outbound B2B telesales experience with a proven booking track recordConfident telephone manner, comfortable selling into the UK marketHands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)Reliable home setup stable broadband, quiet workspace, headsetDesirable: Background in IT, telecoms, or SaaS; familiarity with Sandler or SPIN selling.Who you are: Resilient, curious, disciplined, coachable, and honest.
