About the Role
The Maintenance Technician role at our Vanderbijlpark facility requires a skilled individual to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot workshop machinery, equipment, and electrical systems to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Attend to breakdowns and repairs
- Fault-find electrical and mechanical systems
- Maintain workshop equipment
- Ensure machine uptime
- Complete maintenance records
- Assist with installations and upgrades
Requirements
Trade Tested Millwright or Electrician
Minimum 5 years’ industrial maintenance experience
Workshop manufacturing environment experience essential
PLC fault-finding experience advantageous
Preventative maintenance experience
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
