? Finance Administrator | Luxury Safari Lodge | Kruger National Park ? Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a detailoriented Finance Administrator for a highend luxury safari lodge in the Kruger National Park. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a worldclass team in one of South Africas most iconic wilderness destinations. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for working in a hospitality environment. ? Package & Benefits Salary: Negotiable depending on experience ? Location: Kruger National Park ? Livein position with meals and accommodation provided ? Key Responsibilities Manage daytoday financial transactions and maintain accurate records Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations Assist with monthend and yearend financial reporting Monitor cash flow and maintain petty cash systems Support payroll processing and employee expense claims Liaise with external auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations Assist lodge management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Maintain and update financial databases and administrative systems Provide general administrative support to the finance department Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures Minimum Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping 23 years experience in a similar finance or administration role Previous hospitality or lodge industry experience advantageous Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with financial software (Pastel, Sage, Xero) beneficial Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional to contribute to the smooth operation of a luxury safari lodge while enjoying the unique lifestyle of the Kruger National Park. ?
