Branch manager of the witbank branch office • You will be responsible and accountable for: • Manage the overall operation of the Witbank branch and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Set and achieve a weekly and monthly client reach quota and retention. • Recover overdue payments and past due accounts by tracking debtors down using the phone, face-to-face and or email. • Keeping records of payments, preparing routine letters requesting payment for overdue accounts and forwarding these for legal action. • Reach the set target each month for unpaid loan recovery. • Proactively identify potential risks and recommend enhancements to existing processes • Provide detailed information on any file where there appears to be suspicious activity. • Work as a team and report to the General Manager and management. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Must be computer literate • Pro-active in ensuring growth and bringing possible solutions to any existential issues. • Experience in microfinance and the loan management systems like NUPAY and WEBFIN • Must reside around Witbank or be willing to relocate and travel at own cost. • Must have a driver’s license
