About the Role
Our engineering / manufacturing client is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to business units, drive organizational growth, and enhance employee engagement. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
