About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead-Conveyancer to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will have a strong background in conveyancing, excellent leadership skills, and experience working with deceased estates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of conveyancers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of conveyancing documents
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and quality
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

  • LLB degree admitted as a Conveyancer
  • 1-3 years’ experience working with a team in a conveyancing department
  • Experience working with deceased estates would be beneficial

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certification: LLB degree
