About the Role
The Technical Writer plays a crucial role in creating high-quality technical documentation that accurately reflects our products’ specifications, features, and benefits. This position requires collaboration with various internal stakeholders to gather product information, craft clear and concise technical documents, and ensure seamless communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create technical product documents based on client requirements and scope documents
- Engage with internal stakeholders (Development team, Product team, Training Department, Sales & Marketing department) to gather product information
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collate and craft clear, concise technical documents
- Utilize client requirements and scope documents to ensure accurate representation of products’ specifications, features, and benefits

- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders
- Experience in creating technical documentation (optional)

- Formal education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (not specified)

Salary & Benefits
- Salary range: R 20000 – 40000 per annum
- Drivers License: CODE B (Car) required
