About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented People Services Administrator to join our team at PnS Group Ltd in Pretoria. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the People Services department, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of HR/Payroll-related information and reports. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting, collating, and distributing HR/Payroll-related/employee information and reports according to deadlines, policies, and procedures.
- Liaising and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing administrative support to the People Services department.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) to intermediate level.
