Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, live chat messages, or emails from customers with inquiries and issues related to the dealership’s products and services.
  • Find solutions to problems for customers, maintaining expert knowledge about the dealership’s offerings.
  • Map, app, and sell extended plans and warranties to customers.
