About the Role

Cape Herb & Spice is seeking a Food Technologist Graduate to join our team for a 6-month contract in Tokai, Westlake. As a key member of our NPD (New Product Development) department, you will support research and build data across technical projects, provide technical support and problem-solving within the department, and coordinate recipe tastings and testing to ensure products meet quality standards.

Requirements

  • Graduate or early-career professional in Food Technology, Food Science, or Consumer Science
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel
