Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a licensed and experienced 3-phase wireman to join our growing Renewable Energy firm in Eastern Cape and KZN regions. As a Junior Installation Electrician (Wireman), you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on solar experience and earn a competitive base salary plus commission and CoC payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits for residential solar quality control (QC)
- Ensure SANS 10142 compliance during installations
- Sign off on CoCs (Certificates of Compliance)
- Provide client liaison and troubleshooting services
- Troubleshoot electrical issues at client sites
Requirements
- Valid 3-phase Wireman’s License
- Registered with Dept of Employment & Labour (DoEL) as Installation Electrician
- Minimum 1 year proven CoC sign-off experience
- Solid knowledge of SANS 10142 standards
- Valid Driver’s License and own transport
