About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support our dynamic, people-centric hospitality environment at our Luxury Lodge in the Waterberg Area, Limpopo. As a key member of our team, you will drive culture, compliance, and strategic HR alignment in a remote, high-performance setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
• Provide guidance on labour law compliance and employee relations
• Support multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced, people-focused environments
• Facilitate change management, performance management, and talent development initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality and build trust across all levels of the lodge operation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP, ideally within hospitality, lodges, or remote operations
• Strong understanding of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EE, OHSA)
• Experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced, people-focused environments

Qualifications

• HR certifications (SABPP, SHRM, etc.) advantageous
