About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lease Department Manager to join our team at Takora Pty Ltd in Johannesburg. As a key member of our property management department, you will be responsible for overseeing all leasing activities and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lease agreements and negotiations with clients
- Oversee the implementation of MRI/MDA property management systems
- Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement effective team development, mentoring, and performance management strategies
- Ensure compliance with municipal regulations and maintain accurate records
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant professional qualification
- At least 10 years of experience in commercial property management and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of leasing processes, property management systems, and lease agreements
- Extensive experience with MRI/MDA property management systems
- Solid commercial property experience
- Strong background in MRI/MDA and Nicole property system
