About the Role

Profile Personnel is seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Representative to join our team in Port Elizabeth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition within your assigned territory and contributing to overall team goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition within your assigned territory.
  • Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through face-to-face interaction and road-based fieldwork.
  • Present product offerings confidently and professionally.
  • Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relations.

Requirements

  • Valid drivers license.
  • Own vehicle is required.
  • Ability to work road-based, field-driven hours within territory.

Requirements

  • Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
  • 1-3 years’ of work experience.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence on all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
  • Target driven and competitive
  • Must be able to use their own initiative when it comes to developing new business by thinking out of the box.
  • Must have their own valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and actions plans.
  • Driving and achieving annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
  • Achieve/exceed monthly annual targets as set out in the monthly/annual budgets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
