About the Role

The Travel Group is seeking a skilled Refunds Specialist to join our team on a freelance or part-time basis. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and processing airline travel refunds efficiently and accurately, working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Process airline travel refunds for corporate clients in a timely and accurate manner
Handle complex refund cases, liaising with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
