Job Description
About the Role
You will support the implementation and management of power monitoring systems and building management systems (BMS), ensuring accurate data collection, system reliability, and actionable insights for utility management, tenant billing, and building performance monitoring.
You will also contribute to the development of a centralised BMS Control Room, supporting future scalability across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities
Power Monitoring (PME)
- Assist in configuring and managing Schneider Electric Power Monitoring Expert (PME)
- Integrate electrical meters (LV, MV, tenant meters, submeters)
- Ensure accurate data acquisition, validation, and reporting
- Support utility analysis, consumption tracking, and anomaly detection
- Assist with tenant recovery billing data and reporting
Building Management Systems (EBO)
- Support implementation and configuration of EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO)
- Assist with integration of HVAC, lighting, and power systems
- Configure basic dashboards, alarms, and trend logs
- Monitor system performance and assist with troubleshooting
System Monitoring & Maintenance
- Monitor system health, uptime, and data integrity
- Perform routine system checks, updates, and optimisation
- Assist in maintaining system documentation and SOPs
- Coordinate with site teams and service providers
Control Room Development
- Support the rollout of a centralised BMS Control Room
- Assist in defining monitoring standards, KPIs, and alerts
- Contribute to dashboard standardisation and reporting frameworks
- Support scalability across multiple buildings
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in power monitoring, BMS, or building systems
- Exposure to Schneider PME and/or EcoStruxure (advantageous)
- Basic understanding of electrical systems (LV/MV) and metering
